C edar Creek Living is a family-owned residential community located in the beautiful Virginia Highlands, about 6 miles south of Hot Springs, location of the renowned Omni Homestead resort and close to the beautiful recreation areas of Lake Moomaw, Douthat State Park and the George Washington National forest. Our community is set in a lovely valley, alongside Cedar Creek and with stunning mountain and forest views. We aim to provide a safe and calm long-term residential community in keeping with our location and offer a combination of attractive well-equipped apartments, spacious park-owned manufactured homes and large lots with full services for you to locate your own manufactured home. Our residents include families, couples, retirees and busy professionals. We have a resident park manager.

Hot Springs & Warm Springs

H ot Springs is our nearest town and it provides a full set of conveniently located services. We have multiple banks, churches and gas stations, a US Post Office, a community pharmacy and a well-stocked supermarket. There are multiple restaurants and bars in and around town including Bacova Beer, the Duck Inn and the Sam Snead Tavern. On the edge of town is the Omni Homestead resort and 5 miles further north lies Warm Springs, the county seat of Bath County, with additional restaurants and the famous bathing pools.


T here are many opportunities for outdoor activities in this area of natural beauty. Nearby are Lake Moomaw (including the Bolar Mountain Recreation Area), Douthat State Park and the George Washington National forest with a broad range of activities including hiking, biking and boating. The Omni Homestead resort provides golf, spa and ski opportunities. Heading south towards Covington is the Jackson River rail trail a nearly 15 mile level biking and hiking trail which follows the scenic course of the river.

Healthcare and Services, Schools

H ot Springs has both an elementary school (pre-K to 7th) and a high school (8 to 12th) together with Bath Community hospital, a critical care hospital.

Joining Our Community

There are multiple ways to join the Cedar Creek Living Community, from locating your own home on one of our lots to renting an attractive and spacious park-owned home or apartment.

Bring Your Own Home

M any residents bring their own homes and join our community by renting one of our ready-prepared single wide lots. You will need the assistance of a professional mover and installer such as Blue Ridge Transporting and all homes must be properly tied down and skirted. Service hookups are conveniently in place. Monthly lot rental is currently $225 with a $100 security deposit and a minimum 12 month term.

Rent One of Our Homes

C edar Creek Living has a range of park owned homes available for rent, usually 14x80 or 14x70 feet in dimension. All homes are produced by major brands and refurbished to a high standard. They typically have a spacious open-plan kitchen / family room, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathroom. Whether you are just starting out, developing your career or are retired we have an affordable and comfortable home for you. Monthly rental starts at $550 with a $650 security deposit and a 12 month minimum lease term.

Rent One of Our Apartments

I n addition to our park owned homes, we have 5 spacious 2+ bedroom apartments split between 2 buildings. Monthly rental starts at $625 including water / sewage. There is a $650 security deposit and a 12 month minimum lease term.

W e welcome applications from veterans and first responders. Please enquire about any current special offers.

Services Available

O ur community benefits from direct connection to Bath County sewage and water, electric service from BARC and telephone/broadband/TV from TDS. All services are directly billed by the provider other than trash service which is included in your monthly rent.
